Faunaly is currently available to customers in the United States only. This privacy policy is written under U.S. law. If you access Faunaly from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative.
When you complete the Faunaly assessment, we collect the following from you, the parent or guardian:
What we do not collect: We collect no information about your child: no name, no date of birth, no gender, no photo, no school, no location. Your child is not in our system in any form.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and contractual data protection terms. We select providers with strong privacy and security standards, and we share only the minimum information needed for them to perform their function.
Faunaly is designed for parents and guardians. The service is completed by adults on behalf of their children. We do not collect any personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct our service at children directly.
Because the parent or guardian is the user and the data subject, Faunaly's design is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
